1 Products & Pricing

• We strive to provide accurate descriptions for all electronic and smart products displayed in the store.
• All prices displayed on the website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
• The store reserves the right to modify prices or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

2 Payment & Financing

• We provide secure and trusted payment methods through officially approved payment gateways in Saudi Arabia.
• Installment and Buy Now Pay Later services may be available through providers such as Tamara or Tabby.
• Financing and installment services are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.
• The store does not store customers’ card details or sensitive payment information.

3 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location or shipping carrier conditions.
• Customers have the right to cancel and receive a full refund if delivery is delayed for more than 10 days.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the total cart value, not per product.

4 Returns & Refunds

• Customers may request a return within 7 days from receiving the order.
• Returned items must remain unused and in their original packaging and condition.
• Direct exchanges are not available. Customers may return the item and place a new order instead.
• Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5 Warranty Policy

• Electronic and electrical products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, falls, liquids, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
• The store may request photos or videos before approving a warranty claim.

6 Account Suspension & Order Cancellation

Smart Plus Fast reserves the right to suspend accounts or cancel orders in cases including:

• Providing false or inaccurate personal information.
• Abusing return or warranty policies.
• Fraud attempts or unauthorized payment activities.
• Repeated refusal to receive shipments without valid reasons.
• Abusive behavior toward customer service representatives.

7 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on Smart Plus Fast, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of the store and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
